Job Description
· Plan the steps involved in the interview and selection processes, such as screening calls, tests, and in-person interviews.
· Utilize our applicant tracking system to review candidate data, including credentials and contact information.
· Maintain long-term ties with former and prospective candidates.
· Manage the entire hiring process from start to finish to adhere to corporate objectives and strategies in the responsible function.
· Work with recruiting managers to understand the function and critical characteristics necessary.
· Supervise junior talent acquisition team members accordingly.
· Distribute proposals to successful candidates and negotiate salary.
· Examines job applications and reference checks reports.
Job Requirement
· Working knowledge in a position as a talent acquisition specialist or another comparable position
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline is required
· Practical learning expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and evaluating candidates
· Understanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in social media and digital recruitment technologies
· Highly effective at making decisions and solving problems
· Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints
· Knowledge of social networks, CV databases, and business connections
