Job Description

I. Sales & Marketing Management  

Be responsible for sales revenue of the territory for the whole Vietnam and Indochina Region  

Participate in developing business and marketing strategies with the Board of Directors and implementing and supervising implementation. 

Building an Omni channels Sales management system & consolidating Omni channels Sales, building policies and training the team 

Manage the market development team of supporting industries, high technology: electronic plating,  semiconductors, precious metals, metal raw materials, flow sample casting materials, XRF  analyzers & measurement services, testing, recovery of electronic waste, laser technology, 3D printing machines and materials, design software & solutions, Smart Manufacturing and jewelry  industries, dental labs; 

Building Marketing & On-line sales department, E-commerce  

II. Team and Operation Management 

In charge of annual budget and HR plans and executing them with strong emphasis on training,  coaching and people development  

Set KPIs and supervising daily tasks of all business units and teams to ensure a smooth and effective operation 

Evaluate reports and performance and competency of each employee on a regular basis, e.g: weekly / monthly / quarterly / year. 

Monitor the proper implementation of the regulations, processes and procedures for the staff.

Encourage and maintain a dynamic, disciplined and enthusiastic working environment and high  engagement of team 

Propose and responsible for the whole department budget, all assets as well as other resources in  the department. Shared responsibility with team and company about customer debts; evaluating  credibility of customers, updating and report 

III. Business and Organization Development  

Being in charge of implementing ERP projects on CRM, FFM, E-Commerce Web, Omni channels  Management’s tools 

Set up Customer Care and Distribution System 

New product lines launching and implementing new business projects as assigned

Job Requirement

Knowledge & work experience: 

University graduated with major related to Business, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Engineering or Psychology 

English proficiency at 4 skills 

At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management of minimum 20 team members with different sales channels or business units 

Experience in a professional working environment of sales and service of foreign customers, especially Korean and Japanese customers 

Experience preferably in both Industrial Sales and FMCG or Pharmacy and Multi/Omni channels,  both Marketing and Sales 

Proficient in using computers, reporting and modern management tools, preferably in social, digital marketing & communication
