Job Description

·       Collaborates with leaders to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, training, compensation and retention.Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.

·       Drive learning and development initiatives and identifies and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.

·       Actively searches creatively designs and implements effective methods for performance management, induction, employer branding, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership developmentAdministers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to: compensation, benefits, leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition; occupational health and safety; total rewards; Activities Based Remuneration for doctors.

·       Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

·       Provides expertise and oversight in the HR office administrative operations: employment management, legal documents of ex-pat, employee records, employee events, health checkups, and HR communication system.

·       Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with government and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

·       Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

·       The HRD shall work with the leadership team to ensure that the employees live the company values and continue to build a value-based culture.

·       The HRD shall lead the digital transformation efforts of the company in the HR area.

Job Requirement

·       Experience in the cosmetic industry

·       A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

·       At least 8 – 10 years experience in a related position.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

·       Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.

·       Ability to manage general HR and able to drive culture.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

·       Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

·       Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

·       Fluent in English

·       Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
