R&D Manager

1. Innovating coffee industry products:

·      Implement process improvement techniques to make a difference to products, processes or packaging

·      Updating and changing, innovating new technology to change new products and production processes for all product lines of the company

·      Develop NPD product plan for new technology development in cooperation with other departments

2. Production operation of new products.

·      Supervising the modeling and execution of production processes for new products

·      Establish and integrate the company's quality policies, entire product and regulatory requirements into the innovation strategy and the production of new products

·      Evaluate the results of new products and processes to deliver improved business results from innovation

3. Conceptual marketing for the product

·      Orientation to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in developing new products

·      Drive innovation in the work of forming the "product story" concept to assist company innovators in capturing new markets

4. Promoting innovation and research

·      Consult, advise and handle for the Board of Directors issues related to the research and development process of products in order to bring the highest efficiency.

·      Evaluate the benefits, changes and impacts of new technologies in the output of innovative new architectures that are aligned with the company's vision, mission and values

·      Develop and implement product research and development roadmaps

·      Develop NPD to exploit new technology in the organization.

·      Organize, train professional, skills, develop R&D team.

·      Perform other tasks at the request of the Board of Directors of the company.

·      Bachelor or Master in Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology

·      Experience in the field of coffee and F&B business are required

·      Good leadership and coaching skills

·      Good track record in new product development, project management & team management

·      Minimum 5 years working experience in managing multi-engineering functions including NPD, process engineering, applied research and management.

·      Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese communication skills
