Job Description
I. Work objectives:
Manage, care for and market products and services to FDI customers in the business area, Developing customer portfolio to meet sales targets according to Bank regulations
II. Main responsibilities and result requirements:
1. Perform professional work
a) Assess potential and plan approaches to develop FDI in the area.
b) Directly market and advise on products and services suitable to customer needs. Detect and maximize customer needs, including existing customers and potential customers to promote sales and cross-sell products.
c) Directly appraise short, medium, long-term loans and coordinate project investments with relevant departments, prepare reports and submit them to the TDTD.
d) Customer care, maintaining and developing relationships with FDI enterprises in the area business to expand the scale of customer transactions.
e) Maximize partnership relationships (supply side, customer side purchasing, relevant industry associations/nationalities) in the business activities of Client.
2. Personal development
a) Cultivate ethics and practice professional and modern working style.
b) Participate in training courses and self-train to continuously improve abilities understanding, professional qualifications, working knowledge and skills.
c) Develop personal development plans consistent with the development trend of the system to better meet the requirements of work and organization.
3. Compliance
a) Comply with the provisions of law and regulations of Bank in the process of performing operations. Comply with Bank's professional ethics rules.
b) Comply with the work mobilization and work assignment of competent leaders.
Job Requirement
- Graduated from University, major: Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Foreign Economics or equivalent professional expertise.
- Foreign language proficiency (English/ Korean/ Chinese/ Japanese): good communication ability & proficiency in 4 listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Computer skills: proficient in office computers.
- Knowledge of banking operations (mobilization, lending, Fx, treasury...)
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience working in fields related to corporate customers.
