Sales Overseas Manager



Job Description

1.    Sales growth

-        Introduce services and quotes to new customers from available or self-seeking sources

-        Expand the range of services provided to customers

-        Approve quotations, checking contracts, deciding on professional issues within the jurisdiction

2.    Develop customer relations

-        Solve customer problems arising in daily work in accordance with the authority

-        Build a database of leads

-        Communicate with customers to get the feedback on service and other customer needs

-        Contribute ideas to direct departments (CS, field, customs declaration ..) to improve service quality

3.    System development

-        Research and advise the Board of Directors on market trends, solutions for brand development, potential projects …

-        Coordinate with other departments in the company to come up with new ideas, new solutions that can be provided to customers

-        Participate in building a coordination process between departments, internal software

-        Develop the scale of the department based on strengthening personnel, expanding the scope, fields and areas of operation

4.    Internal management

-        Assign work, supervise and take responsibility for the results of the employees in the department

-        Solve employee problems in accordance with the authority

-        Organize training on skills and expertise for employees in the room

-        Build a workflow of departments in the room

5.    Orther works

-        Prepare periodic and unscheduled reports at the request of the Board of Directors

-        Search and evaluate the capacity of subcontractors

Job Requirement

-        Graduated from University or higher.

-        Proficient in office informatics

-        Proficient in English

-        At least 3 years of experience working in the logistics field at a minimum position as a sales overseas

-        In-depth understanding of the logistics industry, regularly updating the market situation

-        Good communication and persuasion skills

-        Logical skills, flexible resolution of situations Resistant to high pressure

-        Make fast and accurate decisions

-        Management skills, teamwork
